Couples Therapy

Our relationships have a great impact on our well-being. Some of our greatest hurt can come from relational wounding. Relationships are also where some of our most meaningful and transformative experiences take place. Oftentimes, the conflicts that bring couples to therapy usually aren’t signs something’s broken, but signs something deeper is asking to be understood. The work isn’t to end disagreement, but to find what’s underneath it, so the relationship can feel more connected, resilient, and secure.
To help couples understand the deeper emotional and relational dynamics influencing their partnership, our work integrates Depth Psychology, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care, along with practical tools from the Gottman Method.

I provide couples therapy for those seeking to improve their communication, deepen their emotional connection and intimacy, and develop a more fulfilling relationship. This can be for partners at various stages of their relationship, including dating, cohabiting, married, or considering separation or divorce.
